HTK /Penn Mutual Educational Forum

Each year, registered representatives of Hornor, Townsend & Kent, Inc. have the opportunity to attend this program, which covers cutting edge sales ideas and marketing concepts as well as developing ideas that can lead to providing both investment and protection solutions to clients.

Learning Resource Center

A comprehensive online site available 24/7. Encompassing PML University, it includes web-based training opportunities, including information on product, marketing, Advanced Sales, and investment concepts. The Learning Resource Center is designed for new and experienced producers alike.

Professional Designations

We provide a full scholarship for qualifying producers who continue their personal development through programs such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP.

Premier School

This is an annual training school held in Philadelphia designed to provide advanced, highly technical training to support our top producers in their efforts to work in the business and affluent markets. Premier School contains a mix of technical presentations with Continuing Education credits, and presentations of sales ideas and support programs related to the technical topics.
